Learn More About Joining Your Local Volunteer Fire/EMS Department This Sunday, April 23

Thinking about joining the ranks of the volunteer fire, rescue & EMS service? Volunteer fire departments across Prince George’s County are hosting recruitment events this Sunday, April 23! The initiative is part of a statewide event to promote volunteer opportunities at Fire/EMS departments.

The Open Houses will provide you with all the information you need if you are interested in becoming a volunteer Firefighter/EMT, EMT, Paramedic or administrative/support member. Tour your closest fire station, meet the volunteer team, leadership and much more.

The events are being held from Noon-4pm (unless otherwise noted in the list below). Click on your one of the community volunteer fire departments below for the address. No advance sign up is required — but please consider completing the inquiry form on the page to express your interest!
